WELCOME TO SHEA CHAPEL!

The original church built in 1891 has witnessed the growth of the beautiful State of Florida. It was surrounded by orange groves and cattle ranches. It provided early settlers with spiritual nurturing and cultural integrity. It was the gathering place for it's founders who came from a land far away which was Sweden. The language they spoke was foreign, but the language they practiced was the language of the heart.

The little chapel witnessed many worship services, bible classes, prayer meetings and oh yes, many lovers found it the perfect place for their marital union. To this day the little chapel invites lovers to this incredible quaint and enchanting sanctuary. To this day many couples from all around the area make the little chapel the place where their hearts share the words: "For Better or For Worse, Till Death Do Us Part!"
